Patients who have applied to home health services through the national call center are contacted within 24 hours. The Home Health Services team who goes to the home visit evaluates the patient and decides whether the patient will receive Home Health Service.

Patients who are accepted for home healthcare are informed about patient rights and obligations and service content, so that their rights determined by the legislation are protected. If the patient or herself is not capable of making a decision, her legal representative has the right to receive any information about the risks of the service to be provided, and not to accept the service after making an evaluation.

The patient who wants to get home healthcare should be followed by his own physician. Patients who do not have a follow-up physician are evaluated by the home health care providers of the health institution and, if necessary, by the consultant physicians.
